As a one woman team, I've worked hard to build brand that ignores the constant changing trends that damage our planet and a collection of 100% cotton intimated and garments so you don't have to trade peace of mind for cute clothes.
Most slow fashion brands, though I adore them, charge egregious prices for a simple tank top, which makes ethical + sustainable fashion inaccessible. So, I built Misery for those who don't want to sell an arm and a leg for a wardrobe you love.
Garments are sewn in my bedroom- which leaves room for imperfection. In a world of mass produced clothing- your MTL garments are mindfully made. From the design process to shipping off your order- every step is crafted from the soul (something that large corporations will never be able to achieve).
The inspiration for the clothing comes from living by the beach, wanting clothes that are comfy but chic enough to wear out, and living life to the fullest.
One of my favorite parts of starting Misery was getting to share the experience with people around me. Photoshoots with my friends and packing orders with my family are both memories I have because of Misery, and I hope you see every bit of that when you receive a package or scroll through our website.
